I went back today are read the first part of this again and realized I had missed some key points (like the fact that the Brand is not written for others to read).. Once I read those again, it was much easier to write my one-liners.
Hey Bob. Actually, I got all those new points after reading through everyone’s one-liners on the Scorecard sheet. This is an evolving process, so we’re all figuring things out as we go along.
